A Banner Day.

It's Flourishes 5th Birthday and to celebrate we are asked to use a banner on our card! I made a white butterfly on vellum with one of the Fanciful Flourishes stamps. I also made some vellum flowers from the Summer Blossoms stamp set. I cut them by hand and added some golden tiny glass beads on the middle. The sentiment comes from the Botanical Bookplates Vol.1. The doily was made with my French Pastry die of Cheery Lynn Designs. The dark grey frame was made with one of the Romantic Rectangles of Spellbinders. The papers used for the banner are from My Minds Eye. I just stitched the edges and here it is:

    What a lovely card you've made! I love the vellum flowers. I've never worked with vellum before, but this has inspired me to get some and have a go at it! The frame is really beautiful and the banner looks great too!
