Pink Hydrangea.

This week at Flourishes, it's Maki's turn to host Timeless Tuesday #176 challenge. She asks us to create a card with a summer theme. I chose the Hydrangea stamp set, because I love these flowers! We have here in Finland a very short summer and for me flowers are very important. This is the first time I made a card with this beautiful stamp. I cut the image with one of the Standard Circles Large die of Spellbinders and left some leaves outside the die. I cut some of the flowers by hand and popped them with foam pads to give them a 3D effect. I made the background of the flower with the Fleur De Lis die. I also used one of the Spellbinders Grand Nestabilities Grand Scalloped Squares die to make the other background. The sentiment is stamped on vellum and cut with the Ribbon Banners die. The stamp is from With Gratitude stamp set. I also stitched the edges with my sewing machine. I just added some white pearls, a white velvet ribbon and a bow with a pink button and twine and here it is:
