The cameo is from the Cameo Creations stamps set. I put some crackle accents on the cameo to create the effect of an old picture. I also put some gems at the corners of the background created with the Spellbinders labels Twenty-Five. I just love this little heart from the Make Your Mark set, so I stamped it on the tag.
A beautiful cameo card, just love it in the frames you chose! The stitching and the lovely bow are wonderful finishing touches!
